Divorce Mediation is the process by which individuals who are seeking to end their marriage work to reach a divorce agreement through consensual third-party mediation, rather than through contested and high-cost litigation. Hundreds of divorce cases are settled through this process each year in Bergen County, New Jersey, and throughout the country.

Both Steven Rubenstein and Anne M. Fox are divorce mediators certified by the state of New Jersey, and both serve as panelists on the Early Settlement Program of the Bergen County (N.J.) Bar Association. Their experience and insights into divorce law – both in contested cases and in the mediation process – have served their clients very well over the years.
